It's been awhile

Sorry about that. I moved out of my apartment and now I'm at home for a month or so. A lot of things have happened. I've gotten a haircut, and bought some new clothes and such. I got this haircut last week at the Vidal Sassoon studio at Third Street promenade in Santa Monica. If you're a student and you go on a weekday, it's only $10.50. It's a class so it takes about 3 hours.. but if you listen, you can learn to cut hair and you can get a haircut picked by a professional. The girl who cut my hair was probably the youngest one there and she kind of messed up, making one side of my head lighter than the other. But you can't really tell.

This is an outfit I never posted. Hope you like!

Phone Bag

I saw this bag (it comes in two sizes) at Macy's a while ago.. and I restricted myself from buying anything at that time, but I still want it! The downside to this bag is that the phone is non-functional. I had this vision of the phone somehow attached to a secret compartment where you would keep your cell phone and so when you were walking on the street and your cell phone rings, you could pick it up without having to fumble through your purse searching for your phone. unless....

Pretty smart, huh? The only problem is that the bag itself costs $60-70 and the handset phone is around $20, which would cost about $90. They should have just made the phone functional in the first place. I guess if I see the bag on sale somewhere I'll get it, otherwise, I have better things to spend my money on. If it's meant to be, it's meant to be...

Blue Stripes

I didn't get much sleep last night (hence the sunglasses) and I had to walk around school today in 90-100 degree weather, so I feel kind of beat. Riverside is the kind of place where you don't see many flowers because they burn too quickly before you can enjoy them. To compensate, I treated myself to my favorite food: Rubios fish tacos.

Sunglasses: School booth
Blue and White striped dress: Some store in Little Tokyo

Wrap Skirt

I was just hanging out today watching the Lakers game and was dissappointed that they lost.. for the second time. It's OK though.. because they are going to win the next one. My friends and I laugh about how Pierce (Celtics) had to be carried off last game, only to return 5 minutes later walking fine. Basketball players are such actors.

Seafaring anyone?

I was cleaning out my apartment today and found some clothes that I haven't worn all year. I decided to try them on and noticed they were almost the exact same color scheme. They have the same nautical look and even though patterns and stripes are kind of a risky combination... I think they looked OK.
